I was so happy that they were finally able to have installation to my house. With the pandemic I was not able to get a washer.

The service guy didn’t think he’d be able to remove an old rusted nut, but he knew how important it was to get it done that day and found a solution!

Installers were quick and there were no leaks. Had to clean up some water from old machine removal, no biggie.

Hot and cold lines were mixed up. But installation took no time at all. Professional manner

It was a bit difficult to install the washer I bought and remove the old one due to the layout of the house. However, the installers were willing to be creative and did not force the situation but found a path that worked.

I can't rate the installers well because they did not properly level the washer on the first visit, and only did so on the second visit when pushed to do so by my wife (unfortunately I was out of the country at the time.) Levelling these washers and pedestals is absolutely essential since the modern front loaders stop and start many times during the cycle, making for a lot of noise when they are not properly levelled.

The two service guys that came to the house were very friendly. They were also very careful when getting the washing machine down my stairs in to the basement. Once he was done setting it up, he went through the settings with me.

I have to say Reuben(I think that was his nickname) was excellent as well as his counterpart. He was very polite to us and he was interacting with my son who was watching the installation. I highly recommend him for the delivery and installation.

The last "repair" was performed by an LG repair person and he seemed to do a very thorough job. Still some leakage, but was advised it came from a drain blockage.

The delivery was on time. I received a phone call ahead of time. The delivery men were extremely professional and went beyond duty to accommodate a small quirk in the installation - to weave the pipes through a decorative fabric in the back.

The guys came in and installed what needed to be installed and they even took my old washer for free.

The team did an outstanding job of connecting the new washer/dryer combo, demonstrating key features and removing my old appliance.

They were fast and on time. But I don't think my washing machine is level. I even ask the guy.

This was a must for me since not only do I not know how and what is needed to install and get going, but there was also no way I could have stacked washer and dryer on my own.
