The people who installed our washer and dryer were very friendly and informative.

Best Buy installs are the worst. The installers are rude, take no considerations for keeping the work area clean, and left trash that was supposed to be the haul away service we paid for in our garage. The initial team that was sent to install was incompetent, 2nd team was rude and dirty and stained my rug. I will never buy an appliance from Best Buy again.

They did a wonderful job. Great instructions on how to use the washer.

Love my washing machine ... however I paid to have my old one removed and they said it was too heavy and they would reschedule... never did or give me a refund

the 2 men who installed were really wonderful. they knew exactly what they were doing and told me some features of the washer that is not in the instruction book. they were very professional but at the same time personable.

The install was smooth, and the installers arrived within the window. I appreciated the phone calls that coordinated the install. It’s really nice when a big store takes time for personal calls to be sure it went well.

My technician was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.

The guys that came to install the washer were very careful when moving the washing machine in as not to damage anything on the washer or my house. Very professional and gave great instructions on the use of the washer. So good I tipped them!

Highly recommended, the delivery and installation option. Geek Squad were great with the set up and very professional. Gave a mini once over on features. Also, no mess to clean up (yeah)!

Finally received my washer after waiting in what seems like eternity. First washer that arrived from store did not work the day of delivery. So fingers crossed that I want have any problems with this one.

The installer checked the clearance for installation, then proceeded to connect the hoses & electrical. He also checked & adjusted the level, then told me the basics for use. Very efficient & polite!

The men that came to install the washer were friendly and helpful. They put my old machine where i asked them so it could be donated later and they showed me the basics about the new machine. They offered the protection plan also.

Delivered the product on time without damage and called when they were on their way. Did not actually install because I didn’t buy new hoses.

The installation went well. The installers do not hook up the gas line. Too bad they are not authorized to do this. They did leave a a couple of sticky labels behind.

The installers who came out were great to work with. They ensured not to mess anything up while taking the appliances up to the second floor and getting them in the room. They showed us how everything worked and answered all the questions we had!

The workers got here and were very professional the whole job was done in less than an hour. They cleaned up any mess with the cardboard.
