Everything very well except for the vibration when this washer is spinning dry. It moves from its place everytime it spins!

Guys were awesome they washer came with a dent during shipping they helped work out the discount on the washer i was satisfied.

I was satisfied with the washer/dryer but but not the installation process. There should be a better communication between Best Buy and the third party that does the installation. I was refused installation because I didn't have a the correct gas valve required to be in the laundry room. This should have been clarified when I purchased the item. I had to return the gas dryer, purchase an electric dryer, rescheduled an appointment and ensure that someone would be at my home for the installation date.

One of the best washer brands I’ve used. It makes it easy to use the app when I’m on the go. It has washed my clothes good every cycle.

The guys were in and out quickly. They were Professional and polite. I was asked if I had any questions and gave a Courtesy call 15 minutes before arriving.

Caused a leak and now i have water spots on me ceiling. Fighting with their insurance company for a fix but they want to put it back onto the customer. I will never buy an appilance through best buy again.

The delivery crew installed the washer with their own pair of channel-lock pliers and a screw driver. They apparently did not need the installation tools that were supplied with the washer.

My washing machine was delivered on a Friday and I went to try it out Saturday night. I noticed that my carpet was wet in front of the washer. When I looked at the hoses, I noticed that the warm water hose was leaking and was dripping constantly. I turned off the water and took off the hose and retightened the hose. Problem solved. Super friendly guys but they should have made sure that my washer wasn't leaking. I had to move the washer out so that I could dry the surrounding carpet.

Guys did great! Tight fit but they did it. They new all about thus dryer also

The crew of two brought the new washer and took the old washer and was done in 20 minutes. They tested it to make sure it was working like it's supposed to.

We opted out of the install and chose to install ours due to difficulty getting the machines to our basement otherwise we would have taken an of the install

The drivers/delivery crew was polite and helpful. We did have one problem; the washer was received dented. BB discounted back $300

The installers did a very good job. They were courteous, clean and efficient. They encountered an issue with the entrance door being a bit too narrow, but after I removed a small piece of molding, the unit fit through perfectly.

The team is professional, efficient and helpful. I only wishes they could stay a little longer to explain the washer thoroughly instead of a quick walkthrough.

installer failed to test machine for in and out water flow. Water ran to street. Could have been avoided if he ran a test after installation.

I did not have the Best Buy personnel install my washer and dryer as I have to move some items around my laundry room before I can install my newly purchased washer and dryer.
