Floor model arrived with new damage on front. Installers repaired the damage with only a small dent still visible after repair. Also connected with Best Buy customer service, where I was compensated via a gift card for the hassle.

Highly recommend getting Best Buy to install the washer and dryer and remove the old ones. Mario and Jaime installed the new ones fast and efficiently. They explained how both machines work and what type of detergent to use.

I can install a washer and have done so many times. However, by including the installation with the purchase, I knew that Best Buy would be there if something were to go wrong.

Two guys arrived and were in and out within 30 minutes. They made sure to connect the washer and confirm that it was working. I also paid to have the old washer hauled away and it was all done quickly and the associates were professional.

The two guys came when they said, helped with the instal. Used parts as needed, didn’t charge for what wasn’t. Walked us through the features and took the time to give a few tips unique to the product. Well done.

Everything was hooked up correctly and the washer is functioning as it should. The installers were careful to unpack everything in the garage and brought the washer in without damaging my wood floor.

The Best Buy Total Tech delivery and installation of my new Maytag washer and dryer went very well. No charge for delivery or installation, No problems, and No damage to either one of the appliances.

The hose leaks from the connector after each wash, so I’m thinking installation wasn’t done properly or hose is defective

The first washing machine did not run well and was replaced on a timely basis. This one is running well so far.

The first 2 man crew that came out didn’t feel moving my appliances upstairs so they said they needed a 4 man crew and left. I rescheduled and another 2 man crew came out however they were very nice and got the job done right.

They were on time, efficient and respectful of my home.
