The delivery men were awesome! They removed the old washer, moved the dryer so we could clean under it. Then they fixed the dryer exhausted even though we didn't replace the dryer.

It took 5 tries to get all the right parts. Four weeks after I paid for my appliances they're finally installed. Everything is hooked up and working properly.

Best Buy Technician came and installed the dryer and washer so I am not familiar about its performance.

The crew was very careful about making sure that things were not damaged getting this down our narrow staircase. And made sure everything was as neat as could be after the install.
