Best buy crew is always on time and very professional. Great people to deal with that are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The installation team we had was ideal. They arrived right on schedule. Called ahead to confirm. Removed the old appliance, installed the new one, cleaned up and walked us though its operation is under 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for better.

Putting other problems aside, I was amazed that when the installer left he had not made sure that the washer and dryer were at the same height and placed together so as not to lose socks and other small items that would certainly fall between them in the space that was left. Now I'm fishing out items of clothing weekly as I am unable to adjust either the height or the size of the space between them. Both were new and delivered at the same time by the way.

The installation was done very quickly. The two installers were very thorough and went over the operation of the LG washer.

Did a good job, but one of my pipes got a little drip now which my plumber has to fix!

I like to be covered in case something happens. However, TotalTech plan may be worth it since I purchase many items from Best Buy.

the delivery was everything promised. Most courteous on time service I have ever had. The delivers were understanding of me being a senior citizen with many questions about a new appliance and its operation. Most wonderful service.

The guys actually carried my old washer out using shoulders straps and carried in the new washer. I asked them why and it was so they wouldn't damage the floor. They did a lovely job installing and were polite, helpful and efficient.

The installer was very polite. took most of the old machine away. Left the lower cover in the yard as it fell off when they moved it to their truck.

Unfortunately it took about three times to have the delivery guys show up during the scheduled time period. Once they showed up they did a fine job.

They quickly installed my washing machine, and made very sure it was level. They spent time ensuring I knew how to operate the machine and also left contact information if I should have any problems or questions.

The gentlemen delivering and installing the item were courteous and knowledgeable. We always use the Bestbuy delivery service and installation. You can never go wrong with it.

The guys were vey nice. They removed my dryer vent and while doing so, dropped a sharp metal screw in the opening of the top loading door of the washer putting scratches and gauges in it. I provided the metal tape to rewrap the dryer vent tubing. Also, they did not wear shoe protection and walked into my house with their dirty shoes/boots.

The installer noticed a possible dent before even bringing my washing machine in. It turns out this is how the top panel is snapped on with this particular washing machine. I appreciate the attention to detail.

One of the worst experiences on this washer install (along with the corresponding electric dryer install). It took 8 visits from delivery people and Geek Squad people to get this right. I really wish Best Buy communicated better with the actual teams that are coming out to the installations. For example, four days before the first installation date, Best Buy called me to ask some questions (e.g., what floor level will these be installed). I told them we’d be putting these in our third floor and the agent said “yep, we will need a four person crew”. Day of delivery only a 2-person crew shows and they say they can’t install it. So they leave the washer and dryer in my garage. Four days later, the second crew is supposed to come at 7:30am—at 10am I get a cancellation notice noting I need to reschedule. Turns out their truck broke down (I can understand that). A week later the third crew comes to install and it’s just a 2-man crew AGAIN. They said it’s no problem and they’ll do the installation, but they damaged the washer and now the stacking kit isn’t working. Geek squad comes out and confirms something isn’t working. Fifth crew comes out with a new stacking kit and they agree the washer needs to be replaced and they suggest the dryer too. Sixth crew comes out with a new washer and dryer but no new stacking kit: unfortunately the stacking kit still won’t allow for dual control. Seventh crew comes out with new stacking kit and it STILL doesn’t work. Eighth crew comes out with new washer and dryer and a new stacking kit and gets it to work. This was eight days I had to take off of work to be home. Part of it is definitely attributed to the Samsung washer and dryer, but the lack of communication between Best Buy and the installation service was appalling. Just be ready and expect that it’s not going to go smoothly the first time.
