The installer was on time and very nice, but, he did not level the washing machine or install the anti-tip bracket.

The two man team was very knowledgeable, polite and fast. No issues.

The installers were professional and a pleasure to have in the home, they took all COVID19 precautions and made sure the area was spotless when they left

Washer stopped working about a month in and only 3 loads washed. Called Maytag several times and we were finally able to get a repairman out to see it. He showed up and it worked for him for a load of 2 towels. He left and I began washing first load of 4 jeans 2 hoodies and one towel. It stopped working mid cycle same issue. Called Maytag again and they sent out service guy again. He tried repairing it and it worked for a short time and then he said he was going to switch out a part and it would be 3-4 weeks out. So again we called Maytag after we waited weeks for part that did not show up. Finally they agree to send out a new washer. They did give us a $50 visa gift card. (To use toward laundromat fees) I’ll tell you what, in 3 months of doing laundry, and going back and forth to the laundromat, we spent a lot more than $50. Never buying Maytag again! Not because of a bad washer, but because of their bad customer service. Several calls to get our washer repaired or replaced was like pulling teeth! I will however add that the replacement washer we got, works just fine...but, the clothes doesn’t really smell clean.

Like the fact that it senses the wash load and fills the tub accordingly. Also the built in sink is very convenient. However, it should be a little larger.

The guys showed up on time. They were courteous and professional and totally cleaned up the work area and then took the time to thoroughly explain how to properly use the new unit.

Just when I thought I ended up buying a washer and dryer too big for it's spot, the installation guys were so helpful in making it fit. They were also very careful not to scratch anything up. Very kind people too.

Better if you get the actual geek squad guys out there. If they have to send 3rd party, it’s hit or miss.

The installation crew was very polite and professional. The performed very clean install. The was now damage form bringing in the new washer or removing the old one.

The install was fine. They did push out my exhaust vent slightly when they installed the vent kit so I will end up needing to fix that as it now sticks out from my house on the exterior. They also broke a light but it was an accident and they handled it really well & professionally so it was not a big deal. Overall the install was just ok but seemed a little less professional then I was expecting. But my washer & dryer works so like I said, it was ok.

Product was brought in and out with the old one they were fast and good!

This was installed on a tile floor and had to be man-handled into place. Installers were rude. Dryer was left uninstalled.

Extremely professional technicians, set up in place the washer and dryer then tested and explained all functionality. Worth every penny to have Best Buy squad install the items. Pain free and convenient, highly recommended!

The whole process was very efficient. Everyone was friendly and helpful in the Southside location and I highly recommend this store over any other local branches. The delivery crew were polite, careful, and clean. Fabulous job!

My first installation was aborted after both of my appliances were scratched when they came out of the box. The second delivery was fast, friendly, and flawless!
