Installers were helpful and efficient. I forgot to select to have them take old washer, and that was done with a few clicks.

I absolutely love my washer. The features on it is self explanatory. It’s bigger and deeper than I expected. But it cleans the clothes and the spin cycle is awesome.

3 service staff came to install. They did not know how to shut off the main water line and turned all the valves, and didn’t return them to original. So water softener was now bypassed! Took over 2 1/2 hours to install new washer, AND they were unable to remove the same-size old washer. Tried contacting local store. Unable to speak with anyone. Finally they had different installer come 2 days later. New washer was not installed correctly, not level. Removed old washer quickly. Still had no soft water so we had a different plumber come and was told the bypass valve was switched on.

Guys were super quick, friendly, and quick walkthrough on the machine. The guy even said that I didn't need a part and offered to take it back and return it for me.

I purchased an open box machine that had a couple of minor scratches on the top. This was confirmed by salesman at time of purchase. When machine arrived at my house it had 5 big dings on the sides. Each Ding was over 2 inches across. Also guys installed machine on Samsung base and broke 3 of the 4 clamps that hold machine in place. Did not install the corner covers over clamps properly. Only advantage was that I did not have to lug the machine home myself and dispose of the old one.

Installation and hauling away of our old machine went very efficient. Installers made sure everything was working correctly checking all the connections to make sure there were no leaks and water was pumped into drain.

it is a great thing for the washer to be installed in the new house in Zephyrhills.

Had to exchange first washer due a product malfunction. 2nd installation team was great with a fast exchange. Friendly with good communication. Fixed issue and would use again.

Washer doesnt work but thats not the installers fault.

Very easy and quick delivery and set up. You have to buy their parts, even though I had some, but it was worth it for the free setup.

Called beforehand and arrived as scheduled. The install went great considering the complexity of my staircase and landing (getting to the basement) being so small.

The guys from Best Buy that installed our washer did awesome job and were very careful with it. They showed us the different settings it has and made sure everything was connected and working before leaving.
