Delivery was well worth the money. They took the old one away and installed the new one while being careful of walls and furniture. They came in the given time slot and called when they were on their way.

Technicians removed and took away all packing materials. I was concerned that the machines wouldn't fit in the designated area, but the technicians were able to make it work.

While waiting for the scheduled installation, a friend installed the washer for us. When the Best Buy installer came, he did an inspection. That was good. But the installer pulled off the protective film on the machine without checking with us first. My wife left it there for a reason. Also,, he quite forcibly tilted the machine. I was afraid he might have loosened all hose connections. Overall, good service but installer could have handled it with more care.

Best Buy uses great installer teams. I have had a number of appliances installed recently and have been very happy with their service. They are professional, friendly and knowledfeable. Excellent installation!

Carried the old unit out. Carried in the new. Hooked it up and tested function. Didn't scratch a thing. If we need something else delivered from Best Buy I hope this the team that does it. Great job.

Best Buy sent me a million videos about all they’re doing to protect me during my delivery in the middle of covid 19…. Little of that materialized as indicated but at the end of the day, the installation was quick so not much time to have strangers in my house. Of course, it was later than promised but let’s be honest…. isn’t that always the case?

Washer was actually fine but first one was dented. Could not proceed with install due to corrosion on pipes. They required pummer to fix pipes first and we ended up installing ourselves after they dropped it off
