The installers were great! I had put the wrong address on the paperwork and they were great about coming to a different address. They made sure everything worked before they left. I would definitely recommend them!

Had to have washer installed twice due to defective washer that was originally delivered. Was an open box item. But otherwise install was good

Left them to do what they needed. Had the install done super fast. Can't say enough about how much I appreciated the quick delivery. Used precise tools to verify the level of the device as well.

The installer for my new Maytag heavy-duty washer, was totally professional. After checking, and re-checking all lines, etc, he then took time to explain some of the electronics on the new machine.

I had originally scheduled my installation from 4-8pm. During the day I received a call saying they could do earlier because they had several cancelations. I said I would try my best to be there by 3 but I wouldn't make any promises. Unfortunately I didn't arrive till 4. When I got to my house they were sitting outside, I got off and apologized for not being able to make it earlier as something with our family business came up last minute(I had called to notify them I wouldn't make it by 3). They didn't even acknowledge my apology or even say hello. The first words out of their mouths was where so these machines go. They went ahead and installed my washer and dryer. When it was time to leave I had to sign paper work, I thanked them and said have a great rest of your day and all they said was good bye. No you're welcome, thanks you have a good day too. The next day I walked outside in my back yard and they had left the connection that goes to washer outside. I'm not sure if they aren't allowed to take it or if they were just to lazy to pick it up. I feel they could of notified me if they weren't able to take it so I could take it to the dumpster in our little community instead of leaving it outside making the back yard look ugly. Their customer services makes me reconsider ever buying anything from Best Buy that will need installation from they employees.

The guys that installed our appliances were amazing!! They were so professional and honest! Our frig door was scratched and they told us about it and called to let their folks know that it needs replaced!

New best buy team is awesome.... properly scheduled installation with tons of options to choose from...give calls ~1hr before coming for the installation...

Installers were early, very friendly and showed me everything I needed to know about my new washer. I will def have anything else I buy installed by the Geek Squad!

Great customer service. They worked fast and very clean. They were very helpful.

Tried running the washer without water being turned back on. Causing a lock out. They then assumed the washer was a dud and told me I’d have to return it. Then after the washer came back on they changed their tune and got right out of there before it acted up again. But they were friendly and it was otherwise a smooth experience. Just didn’t instill me with confidence.

Funny, the link I received to fill out this review said my install took place 7/09/21 but the reality is that I did not have a washer installed until 8/20/21. I purchased the washer 7/9 and then was told erroneously that it would take 3 days to be shipped from the warehouse. I then received an email telling me it would take 10 days. I called & found out it would be pushed out 6 more weeks. The date came & went with no call/no show. Got the email confirmation tho! Called again & it got pushed out another week. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered. Wish we could apply negative stars. Thr purchase still does not show under "my purchases" under my account on the website. Sidenote: The installers were very professional & did an excellent job when they were onsite.
