Our laundry room is not huge; however, the installers did a great job in setting up our new washer. I was very pleased with their professional and the care they demonstrated in setting up our washer!

The Best Buy team did a fast and very efficient job of removing my old washer and installing my beautiful new one. Even did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

The installer called ahead and arrived on time as scheduled, so no complaints there. I just needed to buy a new washing machine for my piggy-backed, front-loader washer and dryer. Since the brands are different, the connection to anchor them together doesn't work. The installer said he couldn't put the dryer on top of the washer, because of this. Fair enough, and I'll have to find an alternative way to attach them together.

The team that delivered were professional, courteous and friendly. They were very respectful, answered questions and were quick. No issues at all.

We had the installation done through Best Buy when we purchased our new washer. The installers were very good. They efficiently removed the old one, put in the new one and hauled away the old one.

Unless you truly desire to break your back and install this yourself, this is worth every penny. Plus many of these units now a days require bolt removal to operate properly, which I would have not known.

They did a great job setting up my washer in the perfect place and making sure it ran well.

The washer was installed after the old one was moved out. The men explaned the basic uses of the machine. They even cleaned the garage floor where the old machine had been and the new one was going in. Extremely happy.

Although its very easy to do I gave it 4 stars. Glad the install was free. Now if best buy would only offer free install on gas dryers it'd be nice!
