Delivered, installed and took my old washer(paid extra and worth it). Came at the exact time I was told and called 15 minutes before they arrived.

Hoses incorrect connected H and C. Cycle makes noise

Took my old one out and put a new one in. 4 stars for install fail. Something happen the next day washer didn't work. So it got replaced after 2/3days

best buy guys got the washer in just fine, just had to show them which washer hookups i needed them to attach the hoses to (i live in an apartment right now)

The installation of our washer and dryer went flawlessly. The 2 installers did a fantastic job. They were very courteous and professional. One done they gave us a good overview of the machines.

I purchased this for my sister, and the guys who installed it were great! She had the world's oldest machine with rusted connections. They worked hard to remove it, and put nice new connections and the machine in place!

They got the washer in with no issues, were careful to put shoe covers on not to mess up the floors. They installed, made sure it was level, tested numerous cycles, and then showed us how it worked.

Brought the item in quickly and cleanly, leveled it, attached it to the water and power, and explained how the water was set up in case I ever needed to change it.

I've had both a 3rd party and Geek Squad here to install my appliances. Top notch customer service and all were easy to work with!

Best Buy installers are always professional and arrive on time..they always explain the product in details and make sure product works before they leave..

the installation was ok but the y delivered a cracked door on the washer and washing machine was not balanced

The delivery guys are professional in their demeanor, knowledge and performance. They showed us how to get started using the machine and understanding the controls.

I always get great service from Geek Squad but I’ve had to have them come out after installation due to parts not being right not due to the washer itself but a human error. They said it was fixed but it’s still not fixed and I had to call them again. I’ve had multiple installations done with a couple issues so I suggest to ask any question when they install that you may have and also watch them to ensure proper installation.

Installer was very accommodating, knowledgeable, courteous, and thoughtful. He even fixed a dripping faucet to the washer hookup! He was excellent!
