Nice guys but after they left my husband had to adjust the back wall of the machine a little bit because it wasn't connected properly.

I put notes stating the washer needed adapters from the faucet to the washer water lines but was not brought with the installers. I know it wasn't their fault but someone needs to be responsible for this. I had to figure it out by myself and did a great job. Washer works great!

These delivery guys were excellent, contrary to the first time who tried to bully us into keeping the wrong washing machine.

The installation team brought all the necessary parts and didn't take long to install. Left the area clean.

The delivery guys were prompt and installed our washer in a matter of minutes. They ran the machine through a cycle and there were no leaks.

The delivery people called a day before to set up a time. The two man crew showed up when promised. They set the machine up and tested it. They took every bit of trash with them. They really did a nice job.

Very polite very courteous. They did their job very quickly and efficiently.

Installers gave me a chance to vacuum where the old washer was, very accommodating. They cleaned up after they were complete. Thank you.

Fast and efficient tested the machine. Only complaint was installer said my connection needed to be replaced. Called plumber who felt it was in no danger of failing and replacing was a major job.

when delivered I had to hook it up myself do to using hoses I supplied so they just dropped it off and took the old one out, it was easy to hook up, level and start using, delivery team were great, thank you

The two men were on time, called prior to arriving, polite, efficient, were nice to my pets. wore a mask, and went through the machine, broke it down so i can use it.

Installed, done quickly. I was not so happy about the dryer install done by the same people, but at least they seemed to get the washer in correctly.

The service technicians were great, however the washer's hot water connection was striped, so they could not complete the install. They will have to return on another day to fix the washer and then complete the install.
