not very effective install, but they tried since it was of box and had i bought incurrect pedestal

After Best Buy failed to deliver on the first 2 scheduled delivery dates, they did fine the third time. Best Buy caused my tenants to be without a washer for 3 weeks.

You can tell that the installers are very familiar with their business installing washers

The guys that set up my washer and dryer were so friendly, polite, and cleaned up after! They carried these heavy things like they were nothing! They answered all our questions but most of all they smiled!!

The delivery men were efficient & friendly. They took all the packaging material.

The young men came in, installed the washer and dryer, and I have had no problems. They were professional. They did there job and left. They were nice, also.

They came one time and did the installation quickly. They protected my walls properly and did not damage anything. The only thing I would recommend is that they use booties when walking inside.

When placing the washer one of the guys was frustrated when there was a shelf in the way. It only took my husband a minute to move it since it wasn’t attached. After they left my daughter tried to run it. It didn’t fill up correctly; after troubleshooting she figured out the didn’t turn on the cold water.

The installers called ahead of time to let me know when they’d be there. Took the old washer and replaced with new. Nice guys, explained the functions and even wore booties over their shoes.

I was surprise that the hoses came with the washing machine for the hook up, because every where else said I had to purchase them to be able to buy the washing machine. great job on taking away the old machine also.

They did not change the dryer door to (L) hand opening even though dryer door coming in the way while transferring the cloths from the washer. Make sure that you get correct (L) or (R) opening doors according to your arrangement. Installer just place the equipment, and connect to the wall with new products. If you have time and minimal skills you can do it yourself with out this service. I changed the dryer door to (L) side after watching a "you tube" video..
