The installers were late due to helping a customer, their office called to let me know they were running late. Nice customer Service

Delivery was delayed multiple times but once that was straightened out everything was fine.

The installers did a great job of not only hooking up my washer, but also explained the controls and ran it through a cleaning cycle so it was all ready to use. Very friendly and helpful as well.

The washer delivery and hookup was done swiftly and explanations of how it worked were thorough. The best service is always given for all products, this one and all past purchases from Best Buy.

Early professional and on time to fix the previous install where there forgot to remove two packing bolts.

Terrible experience. Ordered new washer and dryer with delivery, installation, and haul away services for both. When came to install, they tried to turn off the water supply to the washer and the valves were sticky so told us they could not proceed with the washer installation. We refused delivery of the washer but proceeded to have the dryer installed, which went fine. Called a plumber. He came out, Used a pair of pliers to turn the handles. Then was able to turn them by his hand alone--just slightly stuck. $175 to use a pair of pliers! Rescheduled delivery, selected 12-6. BestBuy called a day before to reconfirm delivery between 1-5. Showed up at 10:30. Said they had called and no one answered (gee, I wonder why?). My son was home so he let them in. Brought washer into home and left it at the top of the stairs because they said their instructions were only for delivery, no install or haul-away of old washer. Didn't have parts on their truck, so they could not complete installation and would have to be scheduled separately. Delivery guys were rude and unhelpful. Called BestBuy customer service. Estimated 21 minute hold time. Had them call me back. When I spoke to Customer service, part way into the conversation with a friendly customer service agent was suddenly transferred back into the call queue. Had to go through whole process again to get a call back in 15 minutes. Spoke to a different CS rep (of course) who was not particularly friendly. Asked me twice for my name and phone number. I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes while he "retrieved my order information". 10 minutes??? Explained the whole situation again. Put me on hold again for ~5 minutes. Got back and after a perfunctory "sorry this happened" scheduled a third visit to complete the installation. Put me on hold again for another 5 minutes to schedule the service. Overall, took nearly an hour to get the service appointment set up. I like BestBuy better than other "big box" stores that sell appliances, but this experience really dampens my enthusiasm. What is the point of setting up a delivery window if you will totally ignore it for the convenience of the delivery drivers? I thought the customer was supposed to come first? I know that BestBuy just subcontracts delivery to local firms, but that is why you need to put in place requirements on training and behavior, because they make BestBuy look bad. If I even knew who the firm was, I would write a letter to them (the truck is unmarked and possibly just leased to the operator anyway). BestBuy's customer support could be improved. I don't know what happened with the first call, but losing the call in the middle when you are an unhappy customer makes a bad situation even worse. I also feel that BestBuy didn't make any effort to say, "Sorry we put you through three deliveries when one should have been enough, what can we do to make this right?"

The installers were great. Broken English but they knew what they were doing. The old washer was full of water and the two guys lugged it down our narrow and curved stairs without scratching the walls.

They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Did the job like I would. I came home from work and was pleasantly surprised. Water hoses zip tied nice and neat together to avoid tangling and a messy look.
