Came within delivery window and came in a marked Best Buy truck....clean uniforms and very professional through whole delivery process....GREAT JOB BEST BUY!!!

Service was good could have been better

When they delivered the washer it had a big dent on the top luckily it still functioned so they left it for me to use. Reordered and the second one came in and was worse than the first one. Reordered a third one and this time they made sure before they delivered it that it was ok. It was just very time consuming to get it taken care of but finally I can say I have it and all is great

Installation

The installation was so basic that the guys not even adjust the leveling legs, just hooked up the water hose and plugged in the power. So I had to do the leveling by myself. That makes me absolute not happy after paying $1800
