Courteous & Professional But Not Installed

The washer was left in the place where I asked for it to be with hoses not attached and no idea whether or not the shipping hardware was removed. I paid for this - please reimburse me for the so-called installation. BTW - this is my first and possibly last experience with Best Buy

Install techs had limited English proficiency and made it difficult to explain what was needed despite not requiring a haul away

Quick and easy!

They scoped out the space, moved my old washer and dryer, installed the new ones, and left the place just as they found it!

Fast and complete install
