I’m very happy with my new LG Washer. I have not had it a full month yet, but so far so good.

I purchased a new washer and dryer combination to replace my old model. Best Buy delivered and installed the new units, along with removing the old one. Installation and removal of the old units took about half an hour, which was really quick. I appreciated the level of professionalism and amount of time it took since I didn’t want to spend hours waiting for my new units to be installed.

I was given a 4 hour window for the delivery. Not even 2 hours into the window, I got a call from the driver saying they were 5 minutes away. 4 minutes later I was showing them where to set up the washer. And that's all I needed to do. They were in & out very quickly. No disturbances, no mess left behind. They were outstanding. I forgot they were there, Before I could check on their progress, they were done. Jeremy & Luis will be requested for my next delivery & install. They are that good.

Hello, my experience with the install crew of two was ok. The guys were polite enough, didn't damage anything getting it through my apartment . Took only a minute to connect washer hoses to plumbing..simple. And they left with box, no washer to remove, didn't level machine or make any diagnostic checks.

This service saved me the hassle of getting it down a narrow stairway to the basement and hookup.

These installation guys were great. They delivered the washing machine, and had it installed in less than 45 minutes. They checked to be sure it was working properly, took CDC precautions and were knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Would not hesitate to purchase appliances and have them installed by Best Buy installation team!

We purchased a new washing machine from Best Buy and the installation of the washer in our condo laundry room could not have gone smoother. No problems whatsoever, and the delivery men were very helpful and prompt. They were right on time with the delivery.

The installers were very professional and completed the job quickly. They knew what they were doing and were well organized.

I have never had an issue with the Best Buy delivery/set up guys. They showed up within the window time. Had washer and dryer set up in about 30 minutes. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained how to use the washer and dryer and left. Great guys, very friendly and they know what they are doing. Sure I could have installed the washer and dryer myself but with my bad back it's worth the extra for installation. They gave me excellent service so I three a few bucks their way.

The gentlemen that installed my washing machine were obviously experts at this. They came in installed it, gave me a general lesson and were gone. They did inform me that we needed to do one basic run before they left so we did that. They even helped me clean the area it was going to sit in once the old one was removed (nothing big but extra nice). Great job

Bought main unit + pedestal washer. Because the pedestal unit was open box (excellent condition, meaning no parts missing) and from a different store, the folks at that store did not make sure all loose parts were given when unit was picked up. This made for the first part of a complicated install. Next, parts were not included (leveling tool, hose attachment) that were listed in the install instructions and inferred they came in the box with the unit(s). Install crew came out 3 times, and by the third time, I had done all the ancillary work (hose attachment, safety screws to link the two units together, etc.), minus making sure the unit was level (as I didn't have the tool). The last tech came out, and verified my work, and informed me the leveling tool DOESN'T come with either washer, that the techs carry one of their own. LG sent a tool to me anyway as part of the reported parts missing. The tech was helpful in advising how to use the unit regarding type of detergent, etc. Aside from this, the only other thing the install crew did was deliver and place the main unit on top of the pedestal unit. All of this took over 10 days to complete simply because some parts weren't included that had to go be picked up from across town, and others had to be ordered.

Justin was excellent! Him and his coworker went above and beyond just installing. He informed us of an issue and was honest and up front with his recommendation so our dryer would not burn out easily. They also removed the doors were they were located since the dryer needed a bit more space. I would recommend Justin highly if you want something installed properly and someone who is honest and cares about the customer.
