the two men who came to install were great. they noticed some damage to the box and checked the machine. there is a large dent which they reported immediately

It was a simple hook up. Can't really complain about because there ain't nothing to it!

I had my washing "installed" and when I asked about the steam cycle I was told that I would have to go to the store and get a kit and it was an additional charge. I called the store after the installers left and was told I could pick up the kit and that there would be no additional charge and I could plug it in on my own. I felt the installers were not knowledgeable.

What can i say, other than it's nice to not have to install this beast in my house. Install guys were great, thought 20 minutes late, which is not a deal killer. My back appreciates this!

The team was excellent. Quick, thorough and adhered to covid protocol. I felt completely safe. He took the time to explain to me how my new washer worked.
