Geek Squad always does an amazing job when it comes to installing products. I am so happy I purchased Total Tech Support, I will always use Geek Squad.

This washer uses a little more water and it shows it in the cleaning power. Got some sheets & blankets I used on the floor for carpet protection so clean I can use them on the bed if I want to.

The primary guy was good. The second guy tried to initially grab my old washer lines, when I purchased new ones for the install. Quickly rectified before they even made it to the washer by the primary installer. They did slide my old washer across my polished concrete floor creating a mark on the surface which is the reason for 3 stars. Other than that things went well.

Very knowledgeable personnel; courteous and on within the time frame that they set.

This was the first appliance I have purchased from Best Buy. They two guys who installed my washer did a sad job. He unhooked the hoses to the washing machine without using a bucket and got water all over the floor. He then asked me for a towel but did not wipe up the water, so I did. Then he said he was unable to detach the hose from the steam dryer. I showed him how. The washer was not level when they left. There were two guys on the truck. Once they unloaded the new washer and loaded up my old one, the second guy turned the truck around and waited with the engine running. He did not assist and seemed to be encouraging his teammate to hurry along. If I can purchase my next appliance at the same price from a different company, I will. I have never had poor service from Sears.

The guys did a great job. I had to ask them to redo the strapping to hide the hoses, but they did it and did a great job with everything. In and out. No damage. They were very careful with everything.

This is the second appliance that I have had delivered in the last two months. In both cases the service was outstanding. The installers were timely, efficient, helpful and very friendly.

Installers pulled my old machine out and put the new one in like professionals. It was on the second floor of the house, so it wasn’t going to be a slam dunk. They rocked it, though!

The two gentleman called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Showed up on time. Very professional and went way beyond the call of duty to make sure the installation was perfect

The technician was very personable, and professional. He told me tips about the machine that will be helpful in keeping my machine in good working order. Things I had never heard before!

The installers were really fast and knew what they were doing. In my case nothing was going to get hauled out of the laundry room so it was quick. Great job..

THEY WERE FAST AND COURTEOUS and cleaned up and took away all packing materials.

They delivery guys showed up during there delivery window. They were very easy to work with. Came in an installed the washer with such ease. Great service.

The guys who delivered my washer were fabulous! They had it in our laundry​ room and tested within a ten minute time frame!! The quickest delivery EVER! Very friendly, too! Give those boys a raise!!
