Mmmm they are a hit or miss some guys are cool others or not. Just depends on the day I guess

The driver and his assistant were professional and courteous. They cared about doing a good job and moving the washer through the house with care to not cause any damage to the washer or the house.

Since I have no clue how to install a washer, they did just fine. But the hose they brought was the shortest hose known to humankind and they left a mess in the laundry room (which wasn't even finished)! They were clearly not skilled at anything other than new installation in a blank space. Not impressed.

Very nice friendly installers. However did not balance machine correctly cause legs were bent.

Friendly guys but didn't bother leveling washer and didn't install covers on back of machine where the moving bolts were. So after they left I had to level machine, pull it back out and install plastic covers. While it was convenient having them bring it in, the setup quality was terrible.
