Too bad that you cannot give out 6 stars for the installation!!! Those guys were unbelievable. Doors had to be removed and replaced, stairs had to be managed a.s.o... They did it all with a smile!!!!

Delivery crew was very professional and were very careful to deliver our washing machine without tearing up the house or the washer. Courteous and friendly service. Great job.

I had three attempts of delivery of my washing machine, two of which were dented. The second attempt to install a new machine, to deliver informed me that the new machine had a dent in it so that they would not be able to install it. He was proceeding to leave my house without reinstalling my existing machine. I had to stop him to do so when he informed me he was not going to push back my machines in the appropriate space so I have my stacked washer and dryer on my kitchen floor for 2 1/2 weeks until the next appointment when someone could come out for the third attempt. On the third attempt, they attempted to balance my machinery more but it is still making an incredibly loud and banging sounds and I am concerned but I have given up hope at this point

Appreciated the quality communication from BB and Geek Squad for the delivery of our units. Also, appreciated the time they took to go over the appliance and demonstrate various functions.

Best customer service and professional installation

simple installation as expected. didn't know about the screw bolts for the drum so glad got it installed which was included in the purchase price.

Was given a delivery time window, 8am-noon on a day. Received a few email/text messages announcing planned delivery in the days before. On the day, no one came in the slot. I called and after being put on hold I eventually spoke to someone who said that they were having problems because the "truck was too big" and they were having problems getting over a bridge and that it might not fit in our neighborhood. Since we have no bridges anywhere nearby, transcontinental moving vans come past our house on many occasions, and the USPS has a regional center where many tractor trailers come and go three blocks away, I was skeptical. Shortly after that I got a call from the driver who repeated these problems but promised to come within an hour. He never showed nor called back. After 5pm I called customer service again. The representative admitted that they probably weren't going to be able to deliver, but offered no further support. He couldn't answer the obvious question, "well, when are you going to come if you're not coming today?" He refused to invoke any escalation of service. There were comments about the van not fitting, or perhaps that they had driven by and decided that they couldn't manage the delivery. I was extremely skeptical about that and it made no sense that if they had gotten on site and then aborted they wouldn't have told me when it happened (I was home, I saw no trucks.). After a final refusal to do anything by the representative (other than a vague promise to call back, at some point maybe later that day or maybe later in the week), I expressed my dissatisfaction with the response and hung up. I received no further calls. The next day I called customer service again (you can see the pattern here -- I have to call, no one calls me), and got another representative who was much more helpful. She did a little investigation and rescheduled delivery, which came as promised a few days later. I was offered a best buy gift card which I was grateful to accept, but given that I had shot a work day waiting for a delivery that never came, it really wasn't balancing the scales. I've had four installations by Best Buy so far, and three of them were done as scheduled and done well. But this one is so far below acceptable that it nullifies the positive impression I had before. It also raises questions : how were the decisions about what kind of trucks to send made, what to do when plans go awry, and how customer service should respond? I've already reported this in another email to best buy customer service sent privately in response to an auto-query about how my on-line purchase went. I have not received any response to that, in the past few weeks, either. The appliances installed (eventually) have been fine. We are satisfied with them. But I was asked to review the installation service here. Hopefully everyone will learn something and this won't happened to you.

Service was excellent but I don’t think the washer is the best quality but guessing by the price you get what you pay for.

I have two fellows come in and Install my washer and dryer. A two year old could have done a better job. The washer was not level and they were 3 inches difference in the height of the washer and dryer. The washer was not filling and was told that the hot water was not working to which I said are you sure because calling a plumber is kind of expensive. I checked the hot water after they left and it was working perfectly. I had them come back and reinstall and the washer and dryer were still not leveled correctly and to boot they said that they did not install them the first time. REALLY? I do not live in this house full time and have spent hours on the phone in regards to this washer and dryer. I finally fixed them myself with a lot less frustration. Thanks for nothing Best Buy! You won't be seeing me around!!!!! For the record this is the first time that I have ever posted a negative review.

Glad to have used the installation service as they had to carry a washer and dryer up 1.5 flights to get into my home.

I appreciated the professionalism of the installers. Very nice and accommodating. Were very careful in my home. More attention needs to be addressed prior to delivery to inspect for damages.

I was very impressed with the guys that came out and installed my Cabrio washer. They were very professional, very helpful and even helped me move out a dryer to put the washer in. Thanks very much!
