Customer Service.........

Ther crew that showed up barely spoke English aand did not demonstrate any functions of the new equipment. They were in such a hurry to get in and get out. I guess I was thinking this would be ther cool part of spending ther money, but was a little disappointed. Overall the experience was ok.

Hoses were switched

I finally realized, the installers switched the hoses and put them in wrong. I called BB but I was on hold for an hour. I gave up. I asked my male friend to come over and switch them! I’m a girl! Now it works fine.
