The guys came in and out in record time. Took my old machine and cleaned up behind them. Tested the new washer and made sure all was in working order before they left. Good job guys!!

If there is one thing that I have learned it is that free installation will save a lot of time and trouble down the road. Let Best Buy break their backs muscling in a new washer and dryer.

This is a review of the delivery of a washer and dryer. The excitement of getting our first new washer and dryer ever, that replaces a set over 20 years old, has been flattened by a sub-par delivery experience. A 2 foot black mark was scraped across our basement door. It will need to be repainted. Most upsetting is the damage done to 2 of our lilac trees that have lined the driveway for 75+ years. They backed up the delivery truck into the trees. One 8 foot long, 6 inch diameter branch was snapped off of one tree. This mis-shapes the tree, and exposes the core of the tree, leaving it more susceptible to further damage by the elements. Several other branches were broken off another tree. We have called BestBuy and were informed an insurance claim would be made. I'm even more saddened to read some other reviews of damage to property that haven't been properly addressed by the contracting company...BB. I hope for acknowledgement of responsibility, an apology, and some kind of compensatory action. I think any delivery service would be thrilled to contract with Best Buy - and BB most certainly understands the leverage they hold. I just hope they care enough to ensure positive emotions occur the next time we encounter the brand.

This clothes washer clean the clothes so much better. I feel like I'm putting less detergent and clothes softener within the unit thereby saving money. Excellent choice highly recommend the washer!

After the installers stacked the wash/dryer like we wanted...we decided to make them side by side. The installers we very happy to move the dryer and rearrange its position

The installation went well except when it is very hot out, they should not tear the stickers off because the installer said that goo be gone would take it off, but that did not work

Was delivered on time. Infact a little early. Product was installed and set up within an hour. Was also shown how to use it.

make sure to have 30amp 240v socket ready so the guy can just plug it right in and it can be a really quick process

Best delivery and installation I've ever experienced. They were quick professional. Highly recommend paying the few extra dollars for the service.

Ordered My Daughter a new washing machine as hers had stopped working. Machine was delivered but delivery person refused to hook up new washer as old washer was still hooked up. I live out of state, and My daughter was @ work so neither of Us were able to be there to unhook washer. We were not informed previously that the old washer had to be unhooked so new washer could be hooked up. The adult that was @ the house when delivery man arrived was not informed that this was a requirement and gave delivery man access to the basement so washer could be delivered. Delivery man dropped off washer and left, NOT hooking it up and NOT notifying adult on property that he hadn't hooked it up.

our washer was so new they didn't even know all the features... I guess that's okay... pretty crazy though... I never thought I would be an "early adopter" for a washer... but it IS really cool!

The person we had it delivered our machine was friendly and courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the product. He was able to answer all of the questions that I had and he was fast and efficient

When one of the men removed the old washer, there was oil/transmission fluid on the tile floor. He let me know so I could clean it before the new washer was placed in the same place.
