The guys were attentive to making sure the washer was 'dent free' since the first delivery was a disaster

The installation crew was courteous and professional. They brought to our attention damage to the matching dryer. The washing machine was connected properly and no leaks were detected.

They came within the time period quoted and called me from the road with location updates. Install was quick and easy. They walked me through the first was cycle and took my old washer too.

Oh. My. God. WORST customer experience I have had in my 69 years. Washer and dryer were delivered on 12/17, arrived 2.5 hours after 4 hour window and too late in the evening to complete the installation. They left the w&d in my LIVING ROOM with all the plastic wrap and cardboard in place. When I called to get the job finished soonest they could get a team out was 12/23. They showed up, but couldn't do the install because the first team didn't leave the install kits I ordered and paid for. At least they got the machines into the utility room. 3rd try, soonest date I could get was 01/15. I wasn't happy about that, so they arranged an install date of 01/03/2025, today. Called to get my four hour window, they tell me I don't have an appointment! I don't even have my 01/15 appointment anymore. UNBELIEVABLE. At this point I don't know what to do. Do I go for a 4th attempt or what? I'm old, I'm mentally exhausted by this experience. What a despicable way to treat a customer.

My delivery was supposed to be from 7am to 12pm. They arrived after 1pm. I wonder if because my delivery was free that they left me for last????

Delivery and install service went well. They brought in the washing machine carefully, not to damage anything, set up the unit, and tested it to verify operation before they left.

The gentlemen who preformed the last installation were fast, professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Installers made multiple trips due to damaged during transportation items. Leveled the appliance and we're professional the whole time.

Best part is I don't have to carry the appliance down the stairs lol. I remember when removal and haul away used to be free, but for 15 bucks to take the old one or relocate it, it's a deal.

Nothing special about this installation, you connect two hoses, connect power and start using washer. Make sure washer is level.

Exceptional repair and the people who did it where very kind

The delivery team was on time, moved the old washing machine to the garage as requested, and installed and test the new machine. They even did an overview of the controls and features.

Why would anybody not pay to have this done? The crew was professional, neat, and responsible. Didn’t scratch the appliance or my walls.
