In order to write a review I had to give it 1 star but if I could, I wouldn't have given it any stars! Bought washer on 1.5.23, part of instructions was to install onto existing pedestal but when I looked after installers left, they removed my old washer and took the pedestal with them! Spent 3 weeks trying to get old pedestal back and got nothing but a huge runaround for 3 weeks. Finally get someone that sends me a new pedestal, to be installed 4 weeks later only to have the total tech people show up with new pedestal, drop it, and leave.....said they can't install it because not part of the instructions! They leave, I get on a chat with someone else from total tech, finally after 25 minutes, get a phone number to call and get installation of new pedestal onto new washer scheduled. Book that and look at my account, the person sets it up as A REFRIGERATOR INSTALLATION! Have to call back to have that changed because I don't want anymore problems and frustrations from a company that can't walk and chew gum at the same time. This is the first time I have bought an appliance from Best Buy and it will also be my last!!!! The total tech package cost an additional $200 which is a colossal waste of money! I've spent over 1.5 months frustrated and not getting what I paid for ..... I had to take a day off from work to be here for the delivery and install that never happened! People, don't waste your $200 on getting a total tech package, hire someone to do the job for you or better yet, make all your purchases from another company, you'll save money, save a lot of valuable time, and will get peace of mind that you don't have to deal with total tech!

Unfortunately every one has had the experience of waiting... and waiting for delivery people to arrive. Geek squad on time and they cleaned up their foot prints before they left.

great job, nice and clean and quick. we truly appreciated the ease for us as they installed it and made sure everything was running correctly.

The service crew was very professional and had great customer service. They were finished in less thab 40 minutes and cleaned up after themselves.

Delivery and leveling went smoothly. Delivery people let me do a test drain and spin to make sure machine functioned properly.

Guys was earlier than expected and very professional.

We had a little hiccup with our installation (the stacking kit was never ordered) but the installers were wonderful and patient.

I had a wonderful experience with my installation. The young men were very polite and friendly. They did a great job in making sure nothing got damaged during the delivery.

Although they didn’t speak English, they installed quickly.

The installation crew was very nice and took care of explaining everything. The delivery was smooth and no issues on their part.

The washer install was by itself OK, but when combined with the dryer it was less satisfactory. They installed the washing machine first, but should have realized that would not leave them enough room to properly install the dryer. Instead of redoing the job correctly they just left the dryer out in the middle of the utility room where it was partially blocking the enterance. I had to partially uninstall and move the washer to properly reinstall the dryer. A lot of time on my part.

So far so good. The delivery of both the washer and dryer and installation went well. The two man crew seemed to know exactly what they were doing and were very professional.

Delivery people were courteous and knowledgeable and completed installation as expected.

The installation people were outstanding. Great. Hooked up all well, were conscious of keeping all clean and level. They were communicated well with me and all worked out to my satisfaction.
