I installed it myself. For me it wasn't difficult at all

The delivery crew installed the washing machine but did not run the test cycle, just ran a regular cycle. They left before the cycle was complete. About 15 minutes into the cycle we received an error code, and then overflow and spent the next two hours troubleshooting independently using the manual, LG support, and then the application before calling best buy for support. Best Buy was helpful in processing the return and reorder but was disappointed that we had to spend so much time troubleshooting when the installer was meant to stay to make sure the test cycle worked and make adjustments on our behalf. I am not sure the third-party installers were trained on how to install/ test/ make these adjustments. I reccomend if only because now we can show it wasn't our error in installation.

Our delivery driver was really nice. He set everything up and showed me how to use my new washer. He was very friendly and polite.

The techs were friendly and did not leave without testing out the new washer. They explained the functionality of the unit and asked if I had any additional questions before they left.

Nothing special here. Basic hook up. It’s nice they carried it up to my 2nd floor for me! Would recommend just for that.

Unpacking my LG washer was easy and quick. Simple to pop out the back plugs, connect the fill holes and align/level the “feet” on the floor in my basement.

The two installers showed up a little early and were very professional and very quick. They even clear out the boxes and trash! Would definitely recommend Best Buy install.

This item was a product that we needed for the installation and it came with the delivery. It was super convenient to have it there at that time!

The 2 guys who delivered the washer were very friendly, they removed my old washer and set up my new one. They ran a quick load to show me how it worked.
