The delivery men were great. They were very careful friendly and polite. And also very knowledgeable.

My installer had to squeeze the stacked washer and dryer into a small closet and had to take the closet door off to get in behind there to hook up the water and electrical! Awesome job.

The installers (the second time and over one month later) did their work quickly and efficiently. As for the manager at the Maplewood store, that is a different story. It took two tried and one month to get the washer delivered and installed. The first attempt was a total failure, with the delivery guys refusing to deliver because the old washer was "too old" and they would not take any liability for instillation. If the manager at the store would have told us this at the time things were set up, we would have been able to do something about getting the old washer set for removal and doing a self install on the new washer. But this didn't happen and it took a month to get things taken care of. And for our troubles... an "I told you so..." after the we were told of the terms of the delivery. I even saved the many e-mails the manager sent me.

Our new washer is awesome! Love that it is stacked with the dryer. Installers were friendly and knowledgeable.

The 2 Spanish guys that delivered my washer were quick, but they weren't thorough. They set the Samsung washer on the pedestal, hooked up the hoses and then turned on the washer to do a quick wash. I grabbed my level real quick and I told them that it needed to be leveled before they go, but the younger Mexican said "no, we just set it for "calibration", it will fix it". Then they left. The first light load of laundry I did, the spin cycle vibrated like crazy, naturally. So I tried to level it myself, which brought the bubble in pretty close. But this Samsung machine just wanted to vibrate on every laundry load I did. I was disappointed with how this crew went about this entire setup. I called them a few days later and told Best Buy I wanted to return this whole Samsung setup.

The guys that came to do the installation took care of everything. hooking up the hoses, plugging in machine, started and ran a cycle upon hookup, was very pleased with the experience.

The delivery team from Best Buy did an outstanding job delivering our products. They did it professionally and were extremely quick. They arrived exactly when they said they would.

Installer from bestbuy were great. They made sure that the install went perfectly. They installed timely, cleaned and reviewed the operation. I would definitely recommend the install team.

I bought an open box washer for a very good price. The guys brought it and when they went to install it, found out the leveling legs were missing so they had to order them. Okay. They scheduled us an appointment for a week out. Not cool but I dealt with it. At this point, I had been without a washer for two weeks. When the next installer arrives, I get a call from my husband stating this appointment was only to install the leveling legs and not the washer and take my old one. I had to call customer service AGAIN to schedule ANOTHER appointment to install the washer and haul off my old one. It took almost three weeks to get my washer installed and I was taking my clothes to my mom’s house to wash with a four month old in tow. If I had known this, I would’ve installed the legs myself and put the old washer out for bulk pickup. I will not make the same mistake twice. I do want to note all three guys were very courteous and all said they wished they could do more for us but they wouldn’t get paid if they did. They are the only reason I gave the installation a rating of two stars.

Did not get it installed the first time. Washing machine hookup was messed up. Installer torqued my hose bib and had to get a plumber out to fix it before it could be installed. Company reimbursed me for the plumber. Second time Installation was quick.

The installation crew were very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I could not have asked for a better installation.

The install was quick and the washer works well. I haven't had any problems yet with the install or product.

It seems to clean well, but it is loud during the spin cycles.

After the first delivery was a bust due to the washer was defective the scheduled date went well!
