Install was included if you also bought the hoses. They were on time, fast and everything had work fine with no issues.

The team did a great job, and when I mentioned we would probably see them the next week for the refrigerator install, they did ask about the water line, and pointed out that I had purchased a water line install that I didn't need, since it was already plumbed. Really appreciated that. Machine worked perfectly from the outset.

The delivery guys that delivered our new washer and took out the old one did a most excellent job. Even though the mask mandates for covid are over, they still wore masks when inside our house, did a great job removing the old one and installing the new one and did a quick cycle to make sure it is working correctly. They were nice and very friendly people.

This dryer is soooo large. It had many selections and does the job efficiently.

The guys who installed my washer were amazing. They took it up 17 stairs without a hitch. Then they gave me an overview of the machine with some really great suggestions.

I love the washer delivery and installation crew. They are true professionals! The washer was installed within 20 minutes and old washer was removed. The new washer is ready to use right away! They also gave a short tutorial.

One guy was friendly. The other guy was polite but short. They looked where it was going before they brought it in. They brought it in quickly and hooked it up, started the test feature on the washer, told me to let it finish and took a photo and left.

Does exactly what it's supposed to. Quiet and clean. Love it.

Washer install technician was very friendly and knowledgeable on the install of our product. He had the old one out and the new one in place in very little time, he was helpful in making sure everything was connected correctly and working before leaving.

I normally have the highest compliments for Geek Squad teams. However, the day they come to install our new washer and dryer the 2 gentlemen were in a big rush to get our job done. We tried to get them to level the washer which was much higher than the dryer next to it. As a result, we spent the next hour and a half doing this job correctly ourselves

Fabulous team of installers. The updated our supply fixture before hooking up the washer and then cleaned and tested everything after they were done. They did a great job getting the new washer in and the old washer out of the house. They were very friendly, efficient and professional.
