The Installation Techs Roosevelt and Charles provided absolutely amazing, clean and speedy service when they came to install my washer/dryer. They arrived on time as scheduled and were very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. I was amazed at the accuracy and speed of service. I have been raving to family and friends about my Best Buy experience since the day of the install. Roosevelt provided the most wonderful customer service experience! Will definitely purchase major appliances through Best Buy in the future!!

The gentlemen that came in and installed my washer were quick and did a great job. They adjusted to washer to where I would like it and checked that it was powering on. They did not turn on the water hookups on the wall so I did have trouble with that until I figured it out. Washer is working well.

The installers worked quickly and efficiently and didn't damage any door frames or walls, which was impressive since they didn't have a lot of clearance in spots on the way in and to the laundry room. They tested out the machine before leaving. The cost of having Best Buy deliver and install the washer was a bargain -- no way we could have done this ourselves.

The service was great! Although a plumbing issue needed to be addressed before the installation could be completed, all I had to do was schedule a plumbing service call and when it was completed I made 1 quick phone call and the technicians came back and finished the washer installation quickly!

The deliver workers were very nice and professional. They even found an issue with the dryer and took care of calling it in to get it replaced Impressed!

Delivery was punctual and professional. He was polite and hooked up the washer without any issues. My faucet connection was old, so it started to drip, but that's not on them. He offered to haul away all the packaging from the washer which was nice, but I neglected to ask if there were instructions or extra parts included. I assumed not. After a couple months, no issues.

Machine is quiet. Large capacity for large loads. Door magnet to keep the door open for air circulation after washing is a great idea.

The man who delivered and installed my new washing machine and dryer was great. There's an awkward turn at the bottom of the steps leading to the laundry room and he navigated with zero damage (compared to moving company who later took two chunks out of the wall). The installation was done in no time and he went through the settings and made suggestions for keeping the washer running efficiently and avoiding getting a musty smell.

The charge to install the washing machine is not in line with the amount of effort or work required to complete the installation. Taking the machine and directly into the laundry room, connecting 2 hoses, and plugging it in took no more than 10 minutes. The delivery people responsible for the installation did not speak good English and struggled to understand and answer my questions. They did turn on the machine and made sure it was working properly and not leaking before they left.

7 guys arrived to install washing machine. In fact they were earlier than expected which was great. They kept me informed about when they would be arriving. In fact they called the day before to tell me what time they would arrive the next day and then again the day of installation to say that they would be early and would that be ok. Both guys were knowledgeable, neat, and did a good job on installation.
