I give them 3 stars for arriving promptly as scheduled. I can't give them an excellent or a good because, while the hook up was done all right I would like to have been consulted as to placement within the space. It was done and they were gone before I realized that I would like to have it placed farther to the left.

The washer installation worked for my Samsung washer.

The installation was great. The two gentlemen who installed it were polite, efficient, answered all my questions, and were very nice.

Delivery person was very knowledgeable in installation, explanation and smoothly handling washing machine moves. I learnt couple of techniques from him

Great first time delivery. Second time scheduled but got it now.

The installers were courteous and went over some features of the washer and dryer. They were professional and did a great job installing them including reversal of the dryer door.

Installation was great. Crew came on time, adjusted all accessories to my need.

The technician installed the new Washer correctly. There are no leaks on the water hoses or the drain to the sewer.

Was not too happy with the delivery & installation as the men tried to rip me off stating that I had to buy new hoses. My old hoses were only a year old & they first said it was a law & my warranty will be void. I told them I will call the store & then they changed their mind. They said that they would do me a favor & hook it up. They were just trying to squeeze money out of me.

It was 'free' (only had to pay for the hose) and the guys did a great job. They were very careful, so no complaints.

These guys brought the washing machine in and was very heavy. They carried it in without a dolly and did not scratch anything. They were so careful and it literally took 15 minutes

Excellent service from the workers, showed up in time window provided, called ahead when they were close, and wore protective gear.

The installation was done by the crew that delivered. They were quite polite and explained all that I needed to know.

They took good care of my wood floor and put down pads to make sure there were no issues. They even inspected for damage before they brought the unit into the house, even for minor damage,

the installation team was very good. They did not leave any garbage behind and took all the garbage with them.

Install crew was pleasant, although one of them completely destroyed our bathroom. Must have been too much Taco Bell.
