Install was great. Delivery on time, and old one removed.

They were quick and set up everything properly. Carried the old and new washer, vice using hand truck. Great idea for ceramic tile floors.

They replaced the hose that was not needed as the hose in place was in great condition.

Quick install. Installers were professional and friendly. Took trash with them and didn’t leave any mess.

The installer arrived on time and carefully brought in the machine. It did not bump the walls or doors. The installer did not make any dents in the house or appliance.

The whole purchasing experience is terrible and I am going to share this experience onto social media and hope that can help other consumers be more careful when they choose stores to buy electronic products. On Thanks Giving day I walked into the best buy and bought a washer and drier. After the first order was made and the original delivery was scheduled, the staff realized that the order was input incorrectly and have to be re-ordered. After the re-order, the original delivery window was gone and the new available delivery was pushed 2 weeks back. After the re-order, the staff then realized the order input was still incorrect and have to re-order AGAIN. By the time the third amendment was made, the available delivery date was pushed back from early December all the way to early January. In one day, for one single order, the order was input incorrectly more than twice, causing the available delivery date to be changed multiple times and end up to be one month later. By the end of the order, the staff told me that I have to purchase the vent kit and hoses, but did not tell me that I have to also buy the power cord for the installation. On the delivery date, the delivery crew showed me a note says that best buy have communicated to me the day before the delivery date about all the items I have to buy for the installation, and noted “ I have signed the acknowledge” on that date. This is not true because I have not talked to best buy or even stepped in the store the day before the delivery date. No body contacted me to tell me that I need to buy the power cord for the installation the day before the delivery date. I can even show you my phone bill record, I have not talked to best buy at all the day before the delivery. I consider this fraud if best buy insist that anyone from best buy talked to me the day before the delivery. On the delivery date, the delivery crew could not install the machine because there’s no power cord as I was not told ahead that I need to buy this power cord ahead. The delivery crew shipped the machine back to the warehouse and I had to re-schedule again for the delivery / installation. On the re-scheduled delivery date, one guy contacted me that he is ready to install. I was confused because the machine was not even delivered. Apparently, Best buy re-scheduled an installation without scheduling the delivery. So I have to call in and re-schedule AGAIN for the delivery and installation. The installation finally completed on January 18 and after that the washer was not functioning well, it showed error message whenever I used it and I had to have technician to come in twice to fix it. And after the error message was finally solved, the machine is making loud noise so still, no able to work normally. There’s been so many hassles and because I work out of town during weekday so I couldn’t get the issue settled faster. One issue happened after another and up to this point, I’ve been told that it’s been passed the allowed return period and I can’t return it (otherwise I totally would) Up to this point, from order process, to shipping & installation process, and to the function of the machine itself, everything could possibly go wrong went wrong in the one single transaction and this is not professional and not acceptable. The worst of all, no one from Best Buy show any sincereness that they want to provide an overall resolution to compensate the loss of my time, my money (I work 6 days a week and every time when they schedule to come in I have to put my shift on hold). Most of time when I made the call, it was endless transferring and negligent response. It’s not a very pleasant purchasing experience. Moreover, it’s not like I don’t have a job and can just wait around in the house and bear with the delivery date was re-scheduled again and again and again, not to mention a series of subsequent technician visits right after the installation. And I think people should know this situation, at least the Best Buy people should know this situation so things can be done better to next customers.

Qualified and professional installers did great installation service on my new washer machine/fill hose! They were very friendly kind and explained every single details about it.

The delivery and installation technicians sent weren't inept or awful by any stretch; however, they weren't very professional in their demeanor, nor did they take into account how blocking our neighbors driveway would impact them while they did the delivery and installation. In summary, they got the job done on-tiime and correctly; however, they only met the bare minimum expectation.

Our lead installer was so polite, punctual, and effective! He showed us exactly how to use our machine and took the time to answer all of our questions. Excellent!
