They said they couldnt install because my door was too small to fit the washer and dryer. We asked them to leave this washer and dryer and we brought them down ourselves. They called us back to ask how it went but we said we brought it down into our basement and that was it. They then sent out the same guys to install so my install purchased were cancelled then reactivated. They came and installed it but today I have this leak and puddle in the basement from the washer. Its been impossible to get a hold of someone from best buy to help with this.

We bought LG washer and gas dryer. It is Excellent! They clean the clothes really well. We moved from a gross situation and bought this set to use at our new house and they were able to clean everything and it all smells good too!!! I waited 30 loads before writing this review just to make sure they were worth my time to speak on.

I am more than pleased with the purchase of my Insignia Washer!! It is amazingly large inside!! It is very quiet and spins the clothes out so they are nearly dry. Best washer I have ever owned!

Needed washer & dryer installed after moving to maintain warranty. Techs arrived on time, quickly connected units. They discovered problem with our old washer hose which would have caused a leak & replaced it.

I bought and received a new LG washer and a new Samsung Microwave Oven. Both are great. Delivery people were very respectful and efficient. I had an LG washer before, so I thought my existing pedestal would hold the new washer. I was wrong. So, I had to order another pedestal and the delivery people for the microwave and washer insisted the pedestal had to go with the old washer because they are a pair. They took the pedestal. Why, if you must pay over $200 for a pedestal over and above the cost of the washer did I have to surrender the pedestal. If they belong together, there should not be an extra charge for the pedestal? I feel this is unacceptable. However, I paid for the new pedestal and it was delivered, but not installed. I had to reschedule and pay MORE money to have the pedestal installed.

The tech guys that repair my Washing machine was quick efficient professional friendly and nice. Highly recommend Best Buy.

The machine works perfectly well and beyond my initial exceptions. The cleaning technology is awesome and washes all plates clean as I wanted it to be. Will purchase similar one again if need be.

I hired Best Buy to install my washer/dryer combo, which they did, but not to expectation. I gave 3 stars because there were "parts" left over from install. At first i didnt notice, i was relieved to come home after work to a working machine. But when i come to use it, it comes to life in its closet haha. Come to realize there were mounting brackets, designed to hold the unit and keep it from destroying my closet and giving my downstairs neighbor PTSD, that were not installed. Now i wasnt initially "that" upset because i was happy to wash clothes at home. But now its started a passive aggressive fight between my neighbor/HOA, and now all i can think about was "why didnt John Doe not know how to install a unit correctly and say something when leaving?". But my guess (which is completely inconsequential) is that he didnt know because he wasnt taught 100% of the ways of the "Install". But still 3 stars because i can still wash my clothes. Bought a few other items from Best Buy, follow for more reviews.

Install went without a hitch, in spite of our being in the middle of COVID. The installers were very professional, masked, and thorough. They cleaned up when they were done, and took away the old machine. We were very pleased!

Great buy at Best Buy. The washer and dryer are an excellent choice and are working so well.

The washer shakes, trying to determine if there was an installation (leveling, etc) issue.

They where fast friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and showed up on the time given.

The gentlemen has the washer and dryer installed and tested within 30 minutes. Fast and polite. Left no mess to clean up!
