My dad has been using this solar panel to power his backyard Nest Cam and it’s been extremely reliable. In sunny Florida it keeps the camera running continuously with no downtime; charging is steady and installation was straightforward. Cable length and mounting options made positioning easy, and the panel held up well to outdoor conditions. Note: our experience is based on a high-sun location, so performance in cloudier or shaded areas may be reduced. Overall, a solid, low-maintenance power solution for outdoor Nest Cams in sunny climates.

Works well, keeps a Google Nest Camera fully powered by sunlight alone. Be sure to place in an area that gets full, direct sun for the majority of the day, and keep the panel surface clean for best performance.

I never have to worry about charging my camera ever i set it up and that was it one of the best investments i ever made super easy to hookup the price was great im going to buy more for my other camera don't have to worry about any animals chewing up the cord or kid's unplugging the cord

I've had this so far for a few weeks and it has been great. It's excellent if you have the camera in an area that is away from a power outlet. Pretty straight forward on install. Would buy again for sure.

Works as advertised, wish it was less expensive. I have had it installed for a few weeks now and haven't had any issues. The cam itself limits charging when outdoors and temps drop below freezing, so if you live in an area where temps stay below freezing for extended periods of time, you might want to consider the actual plug or hardwiring it. Otherwise, this should do the trick. I have not had any issues with the cam battery getting to low, but I haven't had too many days in a row below freezing this winter. I also have my panel in a spot where it gets sun all day long. While I don't recommend the Nest products, I would recommend this solar panel charger if you are like me and locked into Nest.

We used this on our back door camera. We didnt have a plug available and this has been working great! Even when its shaded it will keep the battery topped off, couldn’t be happier!

Great product and packaging, installation was easy as well. Major issue is that when you search "Solar Panel for Nest Doorbell", this is the result that comes up. THIS ITEM WILL NOT WORK WITH THE NEST DOORBELL. The charger connector is only for the Nest Cam (as in the security camera) and will not connect to the doorbell. This isn't explicitly specified in the description and if you buy it you'll need to return it like I did. Best Buy does not sell the device that works with the doorbell as of 10/4/23.

Seriously works so well that even on very cloudy days and rain it will still charge my Google camera. It keeps the camera at right around 70% charged, which is perfect for its longevity.

Extremely efficient for battery maintenance and very friendly to install. The panel is super lightweight but very secure and sturdy. It mounted easily on my home, and powers my camera- never reaching empty again!

I recently bought this for another add on to our existing setup. I already have 2 outdoor nest cams with 2 solar panels going 3 years strong. These panels have been through heavy rain, wind and constant Texas heat and sunlight. They work every year and keep my cameras charged all the time. Removed and installed them onto a newer home and no issues with the age. they still hold strong.

Used this to.power my outdoor speakers. Hook up was easy, mounted on the roof charges camera during day no issues at all
