I bought this for my 4k collection - not disappointed in it.

This one really surprised me. Not like any other superhero movie.

Considering the Blu Ray set of this version goes for over $100, this is the best way to see it. Better picture, the entire story, and for the most part, it flows better. Where the theatrical cut was excellent and brisk, and the Directors Cut felt uneven, this one feels balanced - not too long, even though it IS longer - and that probably has to do with The Black Freighter being put back in the film. Somehow, it gives you a breather from the main action, and the moral of the Black Freighter reflects the story of the film itself. I won't spoil it...

The classic noir-comic style of Watchmen is finally on 4K!
