Easy to remove the old one and put in the new one.

LG’s are by far my favorite refrigerators. When you spend that sort of money to buy a quality box why not replace your water filters with original quality parts

Manufacturer’s filter works as expected. No thrills or frills. Gets rid of chlorine smell; water taste is a little better. Wish LG can integrate an reverse osmosis system in their new refrigerators.

Good filter. Installs easy. Does the job it's intended to do. Would be nice if it lasted longer (lasts about 2 months or so). We probably average at least a gallon of filtered water usage per day.

The filter works well and is easy to install. The price seems pretty high when you realize we will need two per year...

Item was picked up at local Best Buy location. There was only one left in the inventory. There was no one immediately available to help direct me to the location of the product. I had to try and find it myself, which was not easy because it is a small accessory product in the appliance department.

Best Buy makes it extremely easy to purchase all accessories for any appliances purchased at Best Buy. Their prices and selections are numerous and price competitive .as a bonus, you earn points for all purchases.

I had ordered cheaper filters on line. Bad decision, first leaked really bad and second would not produce ice. Glad to go back to Best Buys to get the original, real filters.

Easy to install and works beautifully. Easiest filter I've ever installed. Keeps water crystal clear with no odor.

Apparently one-of-a-kind situation so have no other choice if we want water filtered from our LG. Water quality after passing through this filter is good. If you have a LG, this is what you need.

Good water filter. lasts as long as stated. water comes out clean and good tasting. a bit pricy, but its the one that fits.

The filter is very easty to install. The water tastes very good and it is also very clear. The ice cubes are good also.

This is the only water filter that will fit in this LG refrigerator, the water always taste good, clear, and clean.

What can I say. You need this if you have a LG refrigerator. The fridge will let you know when you need to replace your water filter. This is OEM, so there should be no issues.

The filter was easy to locate and install. All the filters are a it pricey, but the LG design makes it very easy.

It's a LG geniue accessory, so there is nothing to say about product being defective or not working properly. It definitely worths to spend extra bucks to purchase a geniue product.

This water filter was very simple to replace. It only took 5 minutes to replace. After replacing the water filter, the water came out clear, sediment free and refreshingly tasting.

Replacement shouldn't be scheduled by time but by gallons of water that pass through it or by pressure restrictions caused by contaminants. Otherwise you could be replacing a clean filter.

Even though I consider myself handy I was not able to figure out how to install this myself. I had to call professional help to replace it. But otherwise, I think it's working fine. No trouble.
