I often buy my appliance at bestbuy, such as, tv, fridge, pc, and gadgets.. I've only had one bad experience which was the compressor of my fridge going out and their protection pckg (geek squad plan) took forever to get a resolution, i was sold to getting the protection since they claim that if anything breaks they can repair it or if they cannot repair it, they would replace equal value or upgraded version. It took over a month to get them to replace the fridge, and this is me going to bestbuy multiple times seeking assistance including calling their 800 number multiple times as well. If it werent for the general manager at otay ranch, california 91915 going out of his way to getting me a resolution which was honoring to replace my fridge. I thank him for taking care of a loyal happy customer..

I purchased 2 refills, but had to return 1 as it registered empty shortly. Not sure if a generic brand would be any better.

Great filters but a little challenging to put on the fridge. Would be nice if it came with instructions.

We just changed the filter for the first time since we bought the refrigerator even though we use the ice and water dispensers all the time. Never noticed a drop in quality toward the end of the filter's life. Just a little more expensive than we were expecting.

Purchased it to go with my new fridge when it's time. Kind of expensive but really filters the water.

Good filter. The price for quality was really good.

This is a pretty good filter, however It doesn't seem to last that long. Maybe they are designed that way.

There are very few places to buy this part. I purchased the fridge at Lowe's, so am happy to be able to get these required replacement parts through them. I just wish they offered the parts in multi-packs. Don't like buying them every six months.

Excellent filter! Lasts six months each time we change to a new one.

Much better than the BestBuy filter that we returned.
