Filtered water taste very good but the product is expensive. It's the only filter I can buy for my refrig.

I will always buy the authentic brand for my LG Appliances. Keeps the warranty in tact, and water tastes great.

Product was easy to install. One problem is specified short life of only 6 months; it should last at least a year. 2nd problem is cost that exceeds projected cost of electricity use.

The LG-Water Filter works great and lasts for approximately 200 gallons. However, the replacement timing is based solely on time of usage in months (approx. 6 months). How does this equate to gallons for a low water user vs, a high water user. The Filter should monitor volume through it for recommended replacement, At $50.00 a Filter, this would make more sense to me.

The LG LT500P water filter does everything you’d expect a filter to do. It was also easy to install.
