This particular item is needed for our LG refrigerator. Best Buy is the "best" place to buy it. It must be replaced every six months.

Makes the water taste so much better I don't even buy bottle water any more. The read for 4 stars is because it's very pricey.

It’s a water filter. No moving parts to break. Nothing remarkable. Works as it should. Deducted 1 star bc it’s so much more expensive compared to the generic ones sold online.

The best part of getting water from my LG refrigerator is how easily accessible it is. I feel happy to do my part with fewer plastic bottles in landfills and our entire environment. The quality of the water that comes from the filters has been clean and fresh. We religiously change filters for a consistent, high quality good tasting water. Love it!

Very easy to install I the fridge. Heard they were expensive and even though they are not too expensive still a little pricey.

We use our refrigerator water often and love the filtered water. It only lasts 6 months for us and at $50 it's a bit pricey.

I purchased this filter for my LG fridge. The filter fits and is suppose to be compatible but for some reason my fridge still thinks I haven't replaced it with a new filter.

it is a bit price but necessary for our LG fridge. it definitely makes a difference in taste of water

This filter replace Kemore filter which is no longer avertible from Sears. It's can also be gotten on line through Best Buys

Very easy to change out with the old one. Just had to take the old box in to make sure I purchased the correct one.

We love our LG appliances. Our refrigerator is awesome, too bad we have to change the filter every 6 months - but that's ok so far.

I have tried other replacement filters and they don't work as well as the OEM filter. Leaks, not so great taste etc.

Love my LG fridge, water filter has to be changed because I can taste when it is close to needing change.
