    Easy to install. Pumps out clean water. The box says to change the filter every 3 months, but my refrigerator gets quite a bit more use out of it before I have to change it. Makes my tap water actually taste decent.

    Seems to filter water just like it should. I guess it's not something you can actually measure. It doesn't clog up and appears to be working fine when my LG refrigerator tells me it's time to replace it.

    Best Buy had the filter in stock.It is a genuine LG replacement filter. Doesn't have any of the "funny" taste as experienced with several generic lower cost filters. Worth the extra $.

    I need to replace my filter every 6 months. I find it is best to use the manufacturer's filters which they always have at Best Buy--so I know they are legitimate. I was happy to see that checkout was fast & easy since the sales personnel have new hardware & software now at the Santa Rosa, Ca location at long last!

    I have tried the "generic" filters for my LG refrigerator. The rattle and hum and don't fit as snug. No leaks but... I'm sticking with LG brand filters from now on.
