    Usually I buy this filter from Fry's and it works well, this time I decided to buy it from Best Buy due to having a gift card but for the first few weeks it felt like we were drinking tap water. That has never happened. It could be that my fridge is getting old but overall it took a while to kick in.

    We have an LG fridge that we bought at Bestbuy 8 years ago. Great appliance, but filters are hard to find around here. Bestbuy is our best source for these.

    When I purchased this I was told I could redeem my points after the fact since I did not have my certificate with me. I came back the next day and was told no. BEST BUY lost me as a customer. I would not recommend Best Buy to any one

    I like it and it works. You pay more for the filter which forces you to keep it longer. If it were cheaper you might buy it when date expires .

    Does a good job at filtering once it has been prepared. It requires a lot of water to be run thru before you can actually begin to consume it or you will get a lot of sediment from the filter.
