I was told the only way I could return the product was to do it at the store, which defeats the purpose of buying online. As a result, I'm never buying online from Best Buy again.

Water tastes metallic

I filtered a couple of liter of water first and tossed several batches of ice. It my water still has a metallic taste to it. The water is clear but it has a taste to it so I still buy bottled water.

It is easy to install and takes less than a minute. The filter gives the water a nice clean taste and does not affect the water pressure too much as it dispenses.
