This is the recommended filter for our Samsung fridge. You can tell the difference instantly upon changing it. The water tastes better and the dispenser is much faster.

Oddly enough the original filter that came in my refrigerator whined a high pitch noise that was completely annoying. Once I replaced it with this one the whinning has stopped which is awesome.

What can I say, this is the required filter for my refrigerator. That said, it does a very good job. The water has no off-taste and the installation of the filter is very simple.

I tried a cheaper water filter and found it did not fit so back to the store to get the Samsung filter went in like a dream I won’t do that a second time

We have tried generic filters in the past. The problem is they really reduce water flow. This filter does not do that saving time with every glass of water.

IT is easy to install in the samsung fridge. They are more expensive then other water filters, but it last a little longer.

Simple to replace, no leakage during switch. My daughter and I go through one of these every 6 months or so. I would stay away from the less expensive 'off brand' replacements because I have read that they don't always fit and there is some leakage; not worth the few dollars difference.

Highly recommended. Most filters don’t do much but these actually make the ice fairly clean, and the drinking water quality is decent. Not RO good but drinkable.

This filter is a perfect OEM replacement for our Samsung refrigerator. I recommend that if you have a refrigerator you keep one near so that you have one handy when needed.

If you can get past the fact that the cost for water filtration is so high and the fridge valve never worked correctly and it sprays water as you try to replace the filter...this filter works!

I drink a lot of water every day, so making sure it is filtered is important. This filter is easy enough for me to change out and updating the fridge is even easier. Plus, the price has gone down about $20 since I bought the first one.

Although the Samsung water filter is pricey, it is well worth it. It allows my family to drink straight from the water dispenser instead of having to buy bottled water.

I bought the water filter that came with my fridge. It makes the water and ice taste great and I feel safe from most contaminants in the water.
