I always replace my fridge water filter because with it the water flavor is better and eliminates unwanted minerals

easy to purchase with help of store employees....does what it purports to do...takes some hand strength to install, but that is due to design of fridge

I've used this product since purchasing my refrigerator 5 years ago; it was OEM. It has to be replaced every few months because we drink so much water in my home. It does a great job of filtering water -- noticeable in the taste of the water itself, but also in the ice. Best Buy always has this product in stock, so I don't have to order online. I also buy an extra, so I have one in reserve.

Does it’s job but expensive. I usually try to buy a bundle pack so it could cut cost a little but still a lot to spend on water filters.

I originally brought the off brand name from a local store thinking it would be an exact match. Well I woke up the next morning to a partially flooded kitchen because the filter I bought caused the fridge to leak out of where the filter is twisted in. I took it back and spent the few extra dollars for this product and it worked like a charm. Don't cut corners, buy the parts meant to fit your Samsung frdge!

Bought this using the easy replenish option which somewhat offsets the high cost. The water tastes fine and it lasts for around 3 months. The only thing to note is that, like a lot if people have mentioned already, replacement can be tough sometimes due to the pressure created so you may have to shut off the water supply and wait for some time.

These filters were perfect. They worked great I would purchase them again had no issues with them not expensive and it worked perfect for my Samsung fridge raider.

Can't go wrong with a Samsung brand filter for a Samsung fridge. You CAN go wrong by trying to purchase a "budget" one from Amazon or Home Depot. They leak.

These filters work perfectly on my Samsung French door refrigerator.

This filter gives me clear, fresh-tasting water and ice cubes. Due to our hard water and sediment, this may last 4-6 months. Tried using a generic filter and that was good for about 3 mos. The only drawback is the subscription service for whatever reason is not consistent.

This filter is fantastic. Fresh, clean water throughout the system (ice / water) for my Samsung refrigerator. It’s also quite easy to install. Wish it were a tad cheaper, but it’s still a money saver rather than constantly buying bottled water. Instead, fill up a refillable glass bottle with the fresh water and you’ll be good to go! Enjoy!

Having a refrigerator that has a filter is such a great convenience for filtered water. This filter does last a long time and is easy to change out when the time needs. I recommend purchasing this filter for the Samson Refrigerator and purchasing it from Best Buy to get the right size that I need

I cannot comment on what the water filter will do down the line. I have only had my refrigerator for 1 1/2 months. But I love the design. The filter is so easy to get to in the refrigerator to install and/or replace. The paperwork recommends that you turn off the water before you replace the filter. That's a good idea! The water and ice taste great so far.

I replace my Samsung water filter as needed...the price is a little high, but the value you get is also top notch. Works Great! I have owned my Samsung refrigerator since 2011, depending on how much use the water dispenser gets, filter lasts around 6-8 months...I have five grand kids and believe me, it gets used a lot and replacement is more frequent. Ouch$$$!

Talk about easy. Walked into the appliance area, spoke to the salesman about my needs. The salesman was able to show me the one that I needed, and check me out right there in the department. I was in and out in minutes. We use the this filter a lot. We have well water and the softener doesn't remove all of the iron and sulfer. This filter finishes the job fantastically.
