As a oem brand, the product is as good as it is. Same taste as the original

Not much to say. It's a water filter that does its job.

These filters work way better than the knockoffs and are much easier to install too. Haven't seen the twin packs in a while so that was an added bonus

The water filter works well, it is the second one we have used and it seems to do a good job.

The first filter lasted 5 months before it needed replacement. I don't know what they propose but that seems a little short on time. Perhaps it was because it was the first replacement. I'll see how long it takes for the second replacement.

The last time we replaced the filter we used an off brand and were disappointed with the flow rate on the water dispenser. This name brand one designed by the company that made the refrigerator is a vast improvement. Bottles fill in half the time now.

Makes the water taste great and lasts a longtime. I'll continue to buy them.

Deinstallation of old filter requires water shutoff, so you have to know where it is and be able to do it. Removing the old filter and installing the new one requires a fair amount of elbow grease. I suppose a little bit of petroleum jelly might help if you needed it or were worried about a leak. But...if you can do it without, like I did, do it without. Follow the instructions in the manual closely and you will be OK.

These are awesome filters work great with my Samsung refrigerator. They tell me when they need replacement usually about every 6 months when heavily used about 4 months.
