No issues with this filter and definitely recommend buying from reputable places like best buy. It came with the sticker to check it's an authentic filter.

These new refrigerators are so sensitive. I have used the insignia branded filter on my Samsung and the filter doesn’t last long. It’s hard to find the actual name branded filter for less than $50. Only bestbuy had it for less than $50 and went with it.

Our town does not have very good water for drinking. We have a whole house water filtration system but even with that the regular tab water has an unpleasant taste. We have a reverse osmosis filter under the kitchen sink that produces water that tastes just as good as bottled water to me. The Samsung water filter in our Samsung refrigerator is on par with the water from the kitchen sink.

When I had to replace my water filter for the first time I purchased a Samsung "compatible" filter because it was much less expensive. I guess the adage you get what you pay for is right...it leaked like crazy, only I didn't realize IT was the problem so called repair man. Since then I have only used THIS filter and have had no problems at all.

The water filter works very well everytime l use it. I couldn't believe how good the water tastes and how good everything else tastes when I use it.

The appliance came with a filter - the sale included two extra filters, so this review is on the one that exists. The filter was easy to install and seems to work fine. Although I have a reverse osmosis system installed in my house, which runs to the sink and this appliance, the filter, for me, is a bit of overkill because of my layout. I guess I will have the purest water ever!

I prefer to buy the filter to match my appliance. I ordered it and used a certificate as well. I went to curbside pickup and picked it up. Quick and easy. It was easy to install, filters the water and didn't have to worry about it leaking. Fresh filtered water.

Changing any filter isn't at the top of my list of favorite things to do, but this filter was quick and easy to install. Maybe it's my imagination, but the water from my fridge seems to taste even better now that the new filter is in place. I won't hesitate to replace the filter the next time that beautiful little warning light pops up.

I buy two at a time so I always have one on hand. They are easy to change. Every 6 months and I have delicious, clean water.

It was only $1.50 more than the price on Amazon. Was nice to be able to get the filter the same day vs waiting a couple of days if ordered through Amazon. The OEM filter works well and the water tastes better than our prior Kenmore refrigerator/filter. The Samsung filter is also less expensive than the prior Kenmore filters I used to buy.

After reading that some of the filters from Amazon were slightly different, and not fitting correctly, we decided to get ours from Best Buy instead. We are happy to report that these are indeed the correct filter for the refrigerator we bought at Best Buy, and they fit perfectly!

Our family has this on auto deliver. Colorado water is the best but my kids and I can tell when its about time to replace the water filter. We drink so much water and save on buying water and wasting plastics by refilling our hydroflasks.

The filter was purchased to replace the one that came with the fridge. After opening, I just followed the instructions. It was very easy to install. The biggest surprise was I didn't read the cautions that explain that if you have a lot of water pressure, it may be difficult to install. But with a little more pressure, I was able to hold it in long enough to turn it to lock.

Best Samsung water filter…EVER! Easy to install and replace. Highly recommended!

This filter is a bit pricier than some of the others that are available online; however, the fridge specifically refers to the use of genuine Samsung filters/parts. These filters last approximately 6 months and filter the water well. The online order was a snap to order on the website and arrived within a few days. Packaging and product were in excellent condition.

It’s a very good product, works great with my refrigerator

I have a refrigerator that requires this filter. It seems expensive but the option of filtered cold water as needed is great. Changing it requires (for me) a pliers to get a good grip on the filter front to turn to unlock and remove, but that speaks to a good seal when in place.

Works like a charm every time. Best Buy remains the only place I can find what I need.
