When I purchased the store brand, it leaked. It made a mess and I was thankful that I caught it before I had a flood. This is my second Samsung filter with zero leaks.

I assum it is doing what it is supposed to do since the water in the sink taste like clay dirt and chemicals and the qater from rhe refrigerator doesn't.

The pre-filter process didn't take very long and was only a chore due to the refrigerator's dispenser being small and slow, not this filter.

I thought it was very interesting I was unable to purchase it a Home Depot where I bought my fridge. Thank you Best Buy!
