I have always purchased these from where I bought my refrigerator, and they always fit. This is no exception. Don't buy cheaper replacements and then complain when they don't fit.

Filters are readily available, simple to change out, and easily last 6 months or so without any noticeable decline in the quality and taste of the filtered drinking water and ice (which, by the way, are exceptional). Easy-to-follow directions printed on the cylindrical filter. Most straightforward system I've seen and an overall great refrigerator.

FYI you will hear air coming out possibly get splashed in the face and be scaree u broke something for the first gallon or 2 after you replace it. If u had a plumbing job done n the air left in the system gets pushed out but can take longer depending on models and diff factors but its totally normal.

More Expensive Everytime

I've had it about 4 years which means I've had to replace the filter 7 times. Every time I have had to replace the filter it has become more expensive! It started at $25 and now is $50 which means I am now paying $100 a year to have clean tasting water. I wonder what other filters cost or a Britta Filter? Hmmm
