I liked that I could search the store location inventory to find out the exact item replacement was in stock at the store.

Cancelled the subscription service some time ago but getting notices that product will ship again. Very difficult to confirm cancellation of service. I’m sure the filter is fine but...

Debated between going third party and sticking with Samsung. One of the few filters with the certifications for filtration.

Opted for subscription service. Item arrived just before the light went on. Perfect.

This filter works as it is supposed to work. The toughest thing about it is the water flush that needs to be done.

My last filter I buy online was leaking so bad trice tech had to come in replace the second time.now I expect to pay more get a better product.

We always buy a filter for our fridge. This is a good brand. We have 2 on the fridge, one on the line and the other connected to the fridge itself

I like what the product does, however, it is too hard for me to get in and out of the refrigerator. I always have to have my husband do it for me.

Don’t buy generic filters. I’ve tried them and they are not lasting in comparison to the Samsung filter.

I have never had any problems with using the Samsung water filter for my Samsung refrigerator. The water always tastes good.

Filter does what it’s supposed to but seems kinda pricey for what it is and depending on the amount of water you get from your fridge we average about 6-8 months on a filter

I get this replaced every 6 months as recommended by the manufacturer. Great investment.
