The only problem is the ice maker. About once a month I have to turn it off, use a hair dryer to melt the ice that has formed around the outside of the ice maker. I found that out after paying for a service call 2 times. A new design of the ice maker is needed.

However, it resulted to something disastrous, not immediately but over time. The filter leaked and broke the hose that delivers the water through the dispenser. I spent almost $500 to get that fixed and so I will never again use a filter that is not made by Samsung. This may be more expensive but the quality it delivers is unmatched.
