Not the product, but rather Best Buy and their handling of my order. I ordered a water filter for my Samsung refrigerator. I received a Logitech Ergo Mouse. I had to contact customer service and return the mouse to the store. This is not the first time Best Buy has delivered the wrong item - or delivered an item to the wrong place. So very disappointed with BestBuy

When installing, you should shut down water to the fridge to reduce pressure when installing filter, if not, installing the filter can be a bit difficult.
